We work the length and breadth of the country from our kitchens and offices in South Cumbria. With our fleet of refrigerated transport and mobile kitchen, you can be rest assured that the very best food will be provided whatever the location.
Luke Shaw, Managing Director and Executive Chef, together with wife Jennifer, Joint MD and Front of House Host, have a wealth of experience in some of the counties best restaurants and hotels. Their experience includes working for 2 Michelin starred chef Simon Rogan, Paul Heathcote and at The Drunken Duck.
